The Sites are not designed to collect protected health information, patient records, or any other individual health information. Please do not submit patient or client information through any form on the Sites or by email. Where sensitive information must be exchanged as part of a client engagement, we will arrange an appropriate channel for it.

Information you provide. The Sites offer contact forms, downloadable resources, and self-assessment tools. When you choose to use them, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes your contact information, such as your name and email address, and information about your practice, such as its size, structure, or operations.

When you visit the Sites, analytics tools record information about your visit, including pages viewed, approximate geographic location, browser and device type, and the site or search that referred you. Scheduling. If you schedule a call with us, that booking is handled by a third-party scheduling provider. Information you enter into the scheduler is processed under that provider's privacy policy in addition to this one.

  • respond to inquiries and provide requested resources;
  • deliver the results of any assessment you complete;
  • follow up with you about our services where relevant; and
